JGC Gets Neogitation Skills Training with TalkShop
JGC GETS ASSERTIVENESS AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS TRAINING WITH TALKSHOP
JGC, a leading engineering firm, upgrades the communication skills of its high potential ranks consisting of engineer officers and supervisors with TalkShop’s Negotiation Skills and Assertiveness workshop conducted by Sheila Viesca,TalkShop CEO. This was held on March 21 and 22, 2012 at JGC’s office premises in Alabang.
Characteristic of TalkShop workshops, this was highly interactive with role playing activities featuring realistic scenarios that the participants face in dealing with a host of customers. Rose Reyes, HR officer remarks, “Our staff realized the value of empathic listening and non-verbal language which should be given the same importance as verbal communicationin reading people and dealing with them.
