MANILA, Philippines -- The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) through its Center for Development Management recently tapped Sheila Viesca to facilitate a 2-week preparatory English Communication training for participants of its upcoming Master in Development Management Program (MDM), which commences on September 21, 2009.
The training, joined by some 28 development executives and practitioners from all over Asia including the Philippines aims to enhance the English language proficiency level of the participants in preparation for the MDM program, among others.
The Master in Development Management (MDM) program of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is an eleven-month intensive, innovative and practitioner-oriented program designed to prepare development executives and practitioners to lead and manage public and civil society organizations, private non-profit firms, and corporate institutions involved in development initiatives.
Sheila Viesca is the Owner/Director of The TalkShop, a premier English Communication Training company based in Makati City. She is a Consultant in Corporate Communication and Personality Development, an Author and ESL Curriculum Specialist (TESL/TEFL Communicative Language Teaching), Researcher/Textbook Evaluator of the Department of Education (DepEd), a preferred Speaker and Lecturer in various corporate seminars and workshops with specialization in English Proficiency, Public Speaking Strategies, Writing Techniques, Technical Communication, Grammar Mastery, Creative Thinking, Personality Development, Corporate Image and Social Graces, among many other relevant subjects.
