Fujitsu Ten, one of the country’s Top 1000 Corporations manufacturing quality car audio products and vehicle electronics, designated TalkShop as training provider for its “Supervisory Training and Management Communication,“ a workshop conducted designed to develop and empower the company’s middle management. The comprehensive workshop was held at the Fujitsu Ten facility in Laguna Techno Park from October 28 to November 5. Sheila Viesca, TalkShop CEO, designed the module to focus on Fujitsu Ten’s corporate values, namely: Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork, Excellence, Professionalism, and Speed.
According to Rochelle de Castro, HR Officer 3, “What clinched it for TalkShop was the relevance of the design and their creative and results-oriented approach ensuring that all the training concerns are addressed in the workshop we want to give our employees.”
De Castro added, “We are impressed with the conduct of the workshop which afforded valuable and practical learning to our supervisors as they immersed in practical activities and reflective/evaluative discussions on customer service, leadership, team building, assertiveness, self-awareness, problem solving, negotiation skills, mentoring, coaching, and corporate values. Beyond this, TalkShop went the extra mile by providing us with copyrighted materials that each participant will treasure, along with evaluation/analysis tools for performance appraisal.”
