Golden Values‘ pre-school and elementary teachers took the English Communication Excellence Training by TalkShop on October 26 and 27 at the school’s premises in Bel-Air, Makati. This was conducted by Sheila Viesca, TalkShop CEO. Teachers from the Makati, Paranaque, Pasig, and Novaliches branches engaged in a meaningful, interactive, and communicative English workshop comprising tasks, drills, and exercises to upgrade their communication and presentation skills, enhancing their personality and teaching competence in the process.
The participants enjoyed TalkShop’s Integrated Language Teaching (ILT) approach in a series of activities designed to hone grammar, speech, presentation, and writing skills. Sheila Viesca TalkShop CEO, admired the participants’ energy and enthusiasm. “Their eagerness, inquisitiveness, passion for learning put them in the best position to master English. I hope they impart to their students everything that they learned in the workshop. After all, it is when one teaches, that he learns twice,” says Viesca.
