In time for the opening of the new school year, faculty members of St. Martin de Porres School in Norzagaray, Bulacan underwent a training program with TalkShop in June 2010. “We want our educators to be well-equipped in being effective communicators and role models to their students. This is in line with school’s program of continuous improvement,” according to Mother Virginia Villaluz, School Head.
Mother Villaluz appointed TalkShop as program provider for its proven system of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) that integrates all language skills for a holistic approach. She said, “TalkShop’s communicative and interactive approach is the best program to equip our faculty with English proficiency covering all language skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Complementing these is the right mix of practical and useful topics to enhance our teachers’ image so as to boost their confidence.”
The module is Communication Excellence with Personality Development and Presentation Mastery. Teachers are looking forward to more programs under TalkShop , a total approach to communication, self- awareness, and self-improvement that enables them to review and recharge for the challenges of the school year ahead.
